1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the BalkanJobMarket.com platform (hereinafter: the “Platform”).

BalkanJobMarket.com is a regional digital employment platform aimed at connecting job seekers and employers across the Western Balkans. The Platform is implemented by Institute for Research and Policy Analysis – ROMALITICO within an initiative funded by the European Union.

The Platform is committed to ensuring that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)
  • Applicable national data protection laws in the countries where the Platform operates.
